ART
Whether it is doodling or drafting, work by hand is fundamental to my creative process. During my time at the University of Notre Dame I was able to expand my artistic abilities to learn how to see the world and express ideas through art.
I work in a variety of mediums following the classical tradition of architects, from sketching and watercolor to experimenting with sculpture and modeling. This has become how learn and invent.
I start every day with a sketch; sometimes they are the first drafts of what will be a larger project and other times they just ideas filling a notebook.
